THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

A stick figure person looking at their reflection in a mirror.

You feel alone, even with others around

A black silhouette of a person playing guitar and singing into a microphone on a stage.

You’ve been to therapy, the groups, read the books

The image features a silhouette of a woman standing and looking at a large world map displayed on a wall or screen.

You need tools you can use in real life

You’re grieving someone, or something, you love

You feel lost, anxious, or stuck

You want support without therapy

You’d enjoy being part of a smaller group that shapes the structure of what comes next here.

WHY GRIEF CIRCLE EXISTS

Graphic advertising a new group starting in January 2026 with a note to save your spot, featuring a red arrow and text, with a small photo of a man and Facebook page info.

I recently tested a new graphic on Facebook.

Line graph showing rapid increase in followers, with a red circle highlighting December 3rd and a horrifying emoji. The text overlay says "40k followers in 4 days!" in red and black.

2 days prior, one of my posts went viral. I had no idea.

Screenshot of email waitlist submissions showing three form titles: 1. Waitlist (Homepage) with 713 submissions, 2. Grief-ebook Landing with 439 submissions, 3. Inner Gardner with 212 submissions. The 'Waitlist (Homepage)' is highlighted with red text and a red circle, with the note 'Waitlist emails poured in' in red above.

“Waitlist” emails poured in for my workshop.

So I created something new.

    • You are invited to introduce yourself when you feel ready.

    • You begin receiving session reminders and updates

    • You enter a steady rhythm of support and guidance each week

  • Therapy can be powerful.

Grief Circle is different. It’s evidence-based, growth-focused, and rooted in lived experience.

    This isn’t therapy.

This isn’t about diagnosing you. It’s about guiding you. Not back to who you were… but forward into who you’re becoming using practical tools.

You’ll understand grief on a new level. One that allows you to take the driver’s seat. You’ll move. Reflect. Connect. Build.

Unlike traditional therapy, you’ll be surrounded by people who get it. A community where your grief isn’t something to fix.

This isn’t passive healing. This is tending to your own becoming.

If you’re ready for something hands-on and transformational, this may be for you.

Book a strategy call to see if it’s the right fit.

  • Because not everyone is ready for something like this.

This group is for people who are willing to look inward, to sit with the mess, to plant something new, even in broken ground.

    It’s NOT for you if:

    • You’re hoping for closure instead of integration

    • You believe growth and grief are opposites

    • You want someone to give you the answers instead of exploring your own

    • You’re looking for a traditional therapy session or diagnosis

    • You’re not open to journaling or exploring creative tools

But if there’s even a small part of you whispering, “There has to be more than this…” then this might be your season.

  • Grief Circle is for you if:

    • You’ve been to therapy or groups, still feel lost, but haven’t lost the will to grow

    • You long to feel something other than numb, angry, or broken

    • You’d prefer to be an active participant in your grief, not just a helpless passenger through meaningless “stages.”

    • You feel stuck, hollow, overwhelmed, or like you’re supposed to be “better” by now

    • You’re done pretending you’re “fine.”

    • You’re tired of platitudes or empty clichés, and ready for real tools that work

    • You want to reclaim your life, yet still honor your grief.

    • You’re not sure what healing looks like, or if it’s even possible, but something inside you still wants to try.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, this is for anyone ready to tend their inner world, gently, honestly, and with purpose.

You need a path. A way forward that meets you in the mess and offers more than survival. You don’t need a finish line.

If you’re ready to rebuild something meaningful from the broken ground,
    this is where it starts.

    • We meet once a week, on Zoom (Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 pm PST)

    • Sessions are guided by Phil, with space for questions

    • You get a private support space in Circle

    • You get tools, practices, and weekly direction

    • You have a place to talk with people who understand loss

    • You move at your own pace

    • You help shape the topics we cover

  • This is not therapy.

    It’s not passive.

    It’s a hands-in-the-soil kind of healing.

    You can expect to:

    • Understand your emotions instead of fearing or fighting them

    • Identify what’s choking your growth, and gently begin to clear it

    • Discover the strengths that have quietly carried you

    • Learn how to weather emotional storms without being uprooted

    • Build honest relationships with those around you

    • Start growing again: even if the ground still feels fragile

    • Redefine who you are becoming in this next chapter

    • A new framework for living with grief, and not being defined by it

    You can expect:

    • Weekly live sessions where you get direct guidance

    • A private space in Circle for support and discussion

    • Simple practices that help with stress, anxiety, and overwhelm

    • Clear explanations of what grief does to the spirit, mind, and body

    • A community of people who understand loss and show up with respect

    • Steady direction without pressure

    • A place to ask questions and talk about what matters to you

    • Support that helps you feel less isolated and more in control of your days

    You’ll leave with:

    • A new language for grief

    • Tools that actually help

    • A guided journal full of insights

    • And, maybe for the first time in a long time, hope.

Expect to feel seen. Expect to feel stretched.
