Grief doesn’t
end.
It transforms.
A small-group experience for people who want to understand how grief is affecting their body, mind, relationships, and identity. Learn practical ways to move forward without leaving the person you love behind.
Inside Inner Garden
A live 10-week small-group grief workshop.
You are not broken. You are responding to loss.
Grief affects your body, your thoughts, your sleep, your memory, your identity, and the way you move through ordinary days.
The fog. The guilt. The anger. The numbness. The sudden waves. The feeling that everyone else kept living while your world stopped.
None of this means you are failing. It means your system is trying to survive something it was never built to carry alone.
Understanding what grief is doing to your mind and body
Learning tools for guilt, anger, anxiety, and overwhelm
Finding a way forward without leaving your person behind
This is not about getting over grief.
It is about learning how to live with it.This is for you if...
You feel stuck, numb, angry, guilty, or lost.
Your life looks normal from the outside. Inside, everything feels heavier.
You are tired of being told to move on.
You do not need pressure. You need support that respects what you lost.
You want support from someone who gets it.
Not distant theory. Lived experience, grounded in tools that help.
You want tools, not empty advice.
Language, practices, and next steps for the moments grief takes over.
You want to live again, but feel guilty saying it.
Moving forward should not feel like betrayal.
This is not grief theory.
This is lived experience, guided by tools.
I do not guide grief from a textbook. I guide it from the ground I had to crawl through after losing my 14-year-old son, Perry.
I know what it feels like to look for help and find language that sounds polished but does not touch the pain.
Inner Garden brings together lived experience, nervous system tools, mindfulness, meaning-making, positive psychology, and practical grief education.
The goal is not to turn grief into a project. The goal is to help you understand what is happening inside you, work with it, and begin building something honest from there.
Lived experience
Support from someone who has walked through devastating loss, not someone observing from a distance.
Practical tools
Simple practices for guilt, anger, anxiety, overwhelm, and the moments your body feels hijacked by grief.
A new relationship with grief
Not moving on. Not staying stuck. Learning how to carry love, pain, memory, and life together.
You do not need someone to explain grief at you. You need someone to help you work with it.

Therapy can be powerful.
The Inner Garden workshop is evidence-based, growth-focused, purpose-driven, and offers practical tools for those suffering from grief.
This isn’t therapy.
This isn’t about diagnosing you. It’s about guiding you. Not back to who you were… but forward into who you’re becoming.
You’ll understand grief on a new level. One that allows you to take the driver’s seat. You’ll move. Reflect. Connect. Build.
Unlike traditional therapy, you’ll be surrounded by people who get it. A community where your grief isn’t something to fix.
This isn’t passive healing. This is tending to your own becoming.
If you’re ready for something hands-on and transformational, this may be for you.
→ Book a strategy call to see if it’s the right fit.

The Inner Garden is for you if:
You’ve been to therapy or groups, still feel lost, but haven’t lost the will to grow
You long to feel something other than numb, angry, or broken
You’d prefer to be an active participant in your grief, not just a helpless passenger through meaningless “stages”
You feel stuck, hollow, overwhelmed, or like you’re supposed to be “better” by now
You’re done pretending you’re “fine”
You’re tired of platitudes or empty clichés, and ready for real tools that work
You want to reclaim your life, yet still honor your grief.
You’re not sure what healing looks like, or if it’s even possible, but something inside you still wants to try.
Whether your loss was recent or years ago, this is for anyone ready to tend their inner world, gently, honestly, and with purpose.
You need a path. A way forward that meets you in the mess and offers more than survival. You don’t need a finish line.
If you’re ready to rebuild something meaningful from the broken ground,
this is where it starts. -
We ask that everyone apply to protect the space and ensure a powerful group dynamic. It’s not about judgment, it’s about timing, readiness, and resonance.
We want to make sure you're in a season where this path can truly serve you.
This work is sacred, the experience is intimate, deep, and guided.

A lot more than closure. You’ll leave with:
A new language for grief
Tools that actually help
A guided journal full of insights
And, maybe for the first time in a long time, hope.
This isn’t surface-level advice or clichés. Over 10 weeks, you’ll:
Understand your emotions instead of fearing or fighting them
Identify what’s choking your growth, and gently begin to clear it
Discover the strengths that have quietly carried you
Learn how to weather emotional storms without being uprooted
Build honest relationships with those around you
Start growing again: even if the ground still feels fragile
Redefine who you are becoming in this next chapter
A new framework for living with grief, and not being defined by it
Expect to feel seen. Expect to feel stretched.
This is not therapy.
It’s not passive.
It’s a hands-in-the-soil kind of healing.
-
Plan for about 1–2 hours per week.
This includes:
10–20 minutes a day for journal prompts (or whatever pace fits your life)
A group session every other week (about 60–75 minutes)
Occasional optional practices like movement, visualization, or creativity exercises
This isn’t about adding pressure.
It’s about creating space to heal, slowly, intentionally, and in a way that fits your life.
