FAQ’s

  • Therapy can be powerful.

The Inner Garden workshop is evidence-based, growth-focused, purpose-driven, and offers practical tools for those suffering from grief.

    This isn’t therapy.

This isn’t about diagnosing you. It’s about guiding you. Not back to who you were… but forward into who you’re becoming.

You’ll understand grief on a new level. One that allows you to take the driver’s seat. You’ll move. Reflect. Connect. Build.

Unlike traditional therapy, you’ll be surrounded by people who get it. A community where your grief isn’t something to fix.

This isn’t passive healing. This is tending to your own becoming.

If you’re ready for something hands-on and transformational, this may be for you.

Book a strategy call to see if it’s the right fit.

  • The Inner Garden is for you if:

    • You’ve been to therapy or groups, still feel lost, but haven’t lost the will to grow

    • You long to feel something other than numb, angry, or broken

    • You’d prefer to be an active participant in your grief, not just a helpless passenger through meaningless “stages”

    • You feel stuck, hollow, overwhelmed, or like you’re supposed to be “better” by now

    • You’re done pretending you’re “fine”

    • You’re tired of platitudes or empty clichés, and ready for real tools that work

    • You want to reclaim your life, yet still honor your grief.

    • You’re not sure what healing looks like, or if it’s even possible, but something inside you still wants to try.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, this is for anyone ready to tend their inner world, gently, honestly, and with purpose.

You need a path. A way forward that meets you in the mess and offers more than survival. You don’t need a finish line.

If you’re ready to rebuild something meaningful from the broken ground,
    this is where it starts.

  • We ask that everyone apply to protect the space and ensure a powerful group dynamic. It’s not about judgment, it’s about timing, readiness, and resonance.

We want to make sure you're in a season where this path can truly serve you.

This work is sacred, the experience is intimate, deep, and guided.

  • This isn’t just a workshop. It’s a guided transformation.
Over 10 weeks, we walk through the 8 elements of the Inner Garden, followed by 2 weeks of integration, reflection, and becoming.

    Each week includes:

🧠 1:1 coaching for deeper work
🌱 A themed lesson to ground you
🪴 Daily journal prompts to guide you
🌤️ Simple practices to apply in real life
🌻 Group sessions to connect and be witnessed
🎁 Bonus tools, resources, and surprises along the way

This isn’t about “getting over” your grief. It’s about learning how to live with it and grow something meaningful from the soil of what remains.

  • A lot more than closure. You’ll leave with:

    • A new language for grief

    • Tools that actually help

    • A guided journal full of insights

    • And, maybe for the first time in a long time, hope.

This isn’t surface-level advice or clichés. Over 10 weeks, you’ll:

    • Understand your emotions instead of fearing or fighting them

    • Identify what’s choking your growth, and gently begin to clear it

    • Discover the strengths that have quietly carried you

    • Learn how to weather emotional storms without being uprooted

    • Build honest relationships with those around you

    • Start growing again: even if the ground still feels fragile

    • Redefine who you are becoming in this next chapter

    • A new framework for living with grief, and not being defined by it

Expect to feel seen. Expect to feel stretched.

    This is not therapy.

    It’s not passive.

    It’s a hands-in-the-soil kind of healing.

  • Plan for about 1–2 hours per week.

    This includes:

    • 10–20 minutes a day for journal prompts (or whatever pace fits your life)

    • A group session every other week (about 60–75 minutes)

    • Occasional optional practices like movement, visualization, or creativity exercises

    This isn’t about adding pressure.

It’s about creating space to heal, slowly, intentionally, and in a way that fits your life.

  • The full workshop runs 10 weeks.

Each week explores one core element of your Inner Garden, from tending your health and emotions, to identifying strengths, and sense of purpose.

    You’ll get:

    • Weekly reflections and prompts

    • Group check-ins (every other week)

    • 1-on-1 guidance along the way

    • A printed workbook that grows with you

It’s paced for real life. Deep, but doable.

By the end, you won’t just have insight. You’ll have tools, clarity, and a new way forward.

  • Life happens.

While the program works best when fully attended, all sessions are recorded and additional support is available to help you stay connected and catch up.
